Accountability
CSPI offers its legal, financial, historic, and tax documents for public inspection.
Our Financials

CSPI's audited financial statements and its IRS Form 990 are available for inspection. Both conform to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. CSPI is governed by a volunteer board of directors operating under its articles of incorporation and bylaws. CSPI also maintains a strict conflict of interest policy for its staff and board members. CSPI's mission statement and original IRS application for exemption (Form 1023 - 1971 and 2012) are provided for your information. CSPI is sustained by foundation grants and thousands of individuals who provide support for its advocacy programs.
Please support CSPI’s ambitious agenda for a new era!
