Dish of the Month: Kiwi avocado salad
In a large bowl, whisk together 1 Tbs. extra-virgin olive oil, 1 tsp. white balsamic vinegar, and ⅛ tsp. salt. Toss with 1 head of lettuce, 3 sliced radishes, 1 sliced kiwi, and ½ sliced avocado.
Serves 2.
