Meghan Enslow
Policy Associate
Meghan Enslow (she/her) is a Policy Associate on the Regulatory Affairs team and advocates for stronger food safety policies addressing unsafe food chemicals, fraudulent and dangerous dietary supplements, and foodborne pathogens.
Prior experience
Prior to joining CSPI in October 2024, Meghan received her MPH in Epidemiology from Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health. She served as a Shop Healthy intern with the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene and a food fellow with the Natural Resources Defense Council. She has also worked as an assistant research scientist at the New York State Psychiatric Institute and served as an AmeriCorps member in community health. Meghan earned a BA in English from Colby College. When she’s not in her home office in Brooklyn, NY, Meghan can be found playing pickleball, hiking upstate, or watercolor painting.
