Whisking Greek yogurt even for a few seconds creates a gorgeous glossy texture, making sweet—or savory—dishes oh-so satisfying. No almond extract on hand? The same amount of vanilla extract is delicious, too.

Ingredients
- 1½ cups plain low-fat or fat-free Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbs. sugar
- ½ tsp. almond extract
- ½ cup berries
- 2 Tbs. toasted almond slivers (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the yogurt, sugar, and almond extract until the yogurt is glossy and all the sugar has dissolved.
- Divide into 2 glasses or cups. Top each one with a mound of berries and, if you’d like, a sprinkle of almonds.
