Ingredients
- 2 lbs. sliced sweet potatoes (orange and/or purple)
- 2 Tbs. olive oil
- ½ tsp. smoked paprika
- ½ tsp. cumin
- ¼ tsp. kosher salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- On a lined rimmed baking pan, toss the potatoes with the oil, spices, and salt.
- Roast until tender, 20-30 minutes.
