Spicy Chickpea Poppers make a great crispy snack or salad topper—if you can resist eating them all straight from the baking sheet, that is.

Ingredients
- 1 15 oz. can no-salt-added chickpeas
- 2 Tbs. olive oil
- 1 tsp. paprika
- ¼ tsp. coriander
- ¼ tsp. cumin
- ¼ tsp. chili powder
- ¼ tsp. salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Drain, rinse, and blot dry the chickpeas. Toss well with the oil, spices, and salt. Roast on a lined baking sheet for 25 minutes.
