Pursuant to section 4(d) ofthe Administrative Procedure Act, 5 U.S.C. 553(e), and 7 C.F.R. 1.28, CSPI requests that the USDA's FSIS amend 9 C.F.R. 424.21(c) to establish ceilings for sodium in various categories of products containing meat or poultry.
