Dish of the Month: End-of-Summer Squash

Brush 1 lb. halved pattypans with olive oil. Grill or sauté until tender, 3–7 minutes. Toss 1 cup diced tomatoes with 1 Tbs. olive oil, a few leaves minced basil, and 1/8 tsp. salt. Spoon over the pattypans.
