Dish of the Month: Kohlrabi Home Fries
Sauté 3 cups chopped kohlrabi in 1 Tbs. olive oil until lightly browned, 5–7 min. Add 1 chopped red bell pepper and 1 bunch chopped scallions. Sauté for 1 min. Season with ¼ tsp. salt. Serves 2.
