Dish of the Month: The New Green Salad

Whisk together 1 Tbs. olive oil, 1 tsp. white balsamic, ½ tsp. mayo, ¼ tsp. dijon mustard, and 1/8 tsp. salt. Toss with 4 cups salad greens and ½ cup each honeydew, cucumber, and avocado. Serves 2.
