Dish of the Month: Three Bean Salad
Whisk together ¼ cup olive oil, ¼ cup vinegar, 1 tsp. dijon mustard, and ½ tsp. salt. Toss with two 15 oz. cans drained, rinsed no-salt-added beans, 2 cups green beans, and ¼ cup white or red onion. Serves 6.
