Ingredients

  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper (any color), diced
  • 2 Tbs. olive oil
  • ¼ tsp. chili powder
  • ¼ tsp. smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 14 oz. package firm tofu, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Sauté the vegetables in the olive oil until browned.
  2. Stir in the spices, salt, and tofu, and sauté until hot and fragrant.
