Colleen O'Day (she/her/hers) manages human resources-related functions and administrative operations. This includes hiring and talent management, compensation and benefits management, oversight of personnel policies, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and managing HR data systems. 

Prior experience

Prior to joining CSPI in 2009, Colleen served as Director of Human Resources at People for the American Way. Before that, she held a variety of positions throughout her 18 years at Common Cause, including five years in the media relations office and 11 years as Director of Human Resources. Colleen earned a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Behavior and Management from Brown University.
