This zippy dressing for my Sesame Ginger Slaw doesn’t skimp on flavor, thanks to fresh ginger, pineapple, and tahini. It makes a great side for grilled chicken or fish.

Ingredients
- ½ cup pineapple
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbs. tahini
- 2 Tbs. rice vinegar
- 1 Tbs. grated ginger
- ¼ tsp. kosher salt
- 1 tsp. toasted sesame oil
- 12 oz. coleslaw mix (4 cups)
Instructions
- Make the dressing: In a blender or small food processor, purée the first 7 ingredients together until smooth.
- Toss with the coleslaw mix.
