CSPI Comments to FDA Re: Consideration of Uncertainty in Making Risk-Benefit Determinations in Medical Device Approvals For All

The Center for Science in the Public Interest (CSPI) has grave concerns about this draft guidance, which has the potential to further lower the already-too-low standards for approval of medical devices. We urge the FDA to withdraw the draft guidance or, at a minimum, to restrict it to breakthrough devices.
